East Coast Hobby Show, Fort Washington Expo

Highlights

  • Two new Coal Breaker modules by Carl made their debut at this show

  • 3 Days of running trains!

  • Two Double Headed Steam lashups made the rounds on the layout

  • Photos were taken and added to the web site.

Operations

  • Carl's engine yard modules switching modules saw a lot of use as various engines pulled out of the engine yard and pulled the long box car drag on to the center main. Many onlookers found this sort of operation very interesting.

The Layout

  • The layout was 24' x 56' at this show.

  • Carl brought 8 yard modules, 2 bridge modules, 3 engine yard modules, 2 coal breaker modules and 4 wide corner modules.

  • Bill brought 8 trolley modules, 1 straight module and Dave's 4 wide corner modules.

  • Jeff brought 2 straight modules.

  • TMCC Signal operation was flawless.

  • Power distribution worked well.

  • The show was in the B hall.
